Communication Software Commissioning (CSC)

Course contents

Presentation of used principles in communication

- usable protocols of communication,
- information exchanges implemented.

Communication commissioning

- modules definition to implement: network features, operating system, protocol, communication cards, topology
- installation and configuration of communication cards,
- installation and configuration of required softwares,
- test of the communication from the bottom to the top of the system,
- definition of servers shutdown protocol and communication tests SNMP...

Test of mains power cut/return mains (without real servers stop)

Training on operation of installations

- Supervision of UPS condition (PSP or Internet Explorer and Enterprise Power Manager)
- Modification of parameters
- Personalization of actions with customers scripts
- Log's files
- Documentation use: online documentation,web site for software and firmwares updates.
