Registration

	You benefit an option of booking. Registration must be received 5 weeks before the course begins.
	About 3 weeks before the selected course, you will receive a letter of notification stating precisely the location, with a detailed map for access, a list of selected hotels for your stay in Montbonnot, a timetable and the programme describing in full details the course you will attend.
Course prices, ordering and billing
	Prices quoted herein are valid for year 2009 and include :
	teaching itself, educational and technical documents
	midday lunches and coffee breaks
	A regulated invoice is delivered to the author of the payment from our registered Training Centre.
Cancellation
	Our company has a reserve capability to cancel or delete a course, in case the number of trainees registered is not sufficient (less 3 participants) to allow for good training quality ; if such a situation occurs, the company will be informed at short notice. The only condition to maintain a course with 1 or 2 participants is to pay for 3 persons. If the registration is cancelled less than 21 days before the opening of the course, our company reserves the right to bill cancellation costs which may amount up to the price of the course.
General Agenda
	You will be given technical documentation at the opening of the course. At the end of the course, we will give you :
	a satisfaction enquiry, the synthesis of which will be sent to your Company. a Certificate of Aptitude certifying your proficiency on the matter of the products studied.

	08:45 - 11:45 (with a 20 minute break) except for 1st training day : 10:00
	13:30 - 17:15 (with a 20 minute break)
